Phase I converts the historic building into 40 loft-style apartment units & 5 commercial spaces for select local businesses and nonprofits.
Phase II will deliver 145 new build loft apartment units in modern mid-rise buildings, creating a total of 185 residential units across 6.6–8.15 acres.
